adidas adiPure Trainer Running Shoes

The adidas adiPure Barefoot Trainer training shoe features a second skin upper with a sock-like fit. Restriction free movement from your heel to your toes allows muscles to move more naturally and strengthens feet and legs. OrthoLite sockliner provides long lasting cushion with antimicrobial protection and moisture management. Flexible, non-marking rubber outsole adds traction and durability. Flex groves in the toes offer increased flexibility

The Adidas toe shoes are clearly meant to be worn barefoot though they could be worn with toe socks, too. Adidas did a good job minimizing exposed seams to the bare foot with most seams concentrated in the toe pockets same as most Vibrams. The fabric on the upper is stretchy and breathes well.

A lot of engineering went into making your foot a high performance machine, said Mark Verstegen, founder of Athletes Performance. To achieve your full potential during a workout, focus on how your foot interacts with the ground in the same way you think about how your hand interacts with a ball or a bat. Using your foot’s natural power and movement will help you strengthen muscles you never knew you had in your feet, lower legs and throughout your core.

Flexible NON MARKING rubber outsole for traction and durability. Flex grooves in the toes for increased flexibility.

The first barefoot training shoe designed specifically for the gym. Promoting pure and natural movement by harnessing the body’s natural mechanics, the adipure Trainer activates and strengthens muscles, builds balance and promotes dexterity.
